The production process

Please feel free to call us at anytime to discuss your e-brochure requirements and to get answers to any questions you may have. Our sales team will be pleased to provide advice on content and layout as well as to provide estimates for optional extras and to guide you through the ordering process.

Stage I –Your initial enquiry

Once you have decided to commission an e-brochure simply contact us using the email link on the Contact Us page of this site. Don't forget to supply your contact details. We will then email you an order enquiry form. Complete and return the form (indicating your design requirements - e.g. which design template you wish to use or whether you require a unique design to be created). The form will also enable you to request any optional extras and you will be asked to provide some simple information about the options you require. Once you have returned this form we will email to you a fully costed order confirmation and a pro-forma invoice, along with submission instructions for your text and images.

Stage 2 – Submitting your text and images along with your initial payment.

Once you are ready to submit your text (and images where appropriate), send them to us along with the completed submission instructions, signed order confirmation form and initial 50% deposit payment.

Stage 3 – Submission acknowledgement

We will confirm receipt of your instructions by email. If we have any queries or suggestions to make regarding your submission, we will contact you by phone or email.

Stage 4 - Your proof

Once our designers have completed your e-brochure design, they will send you a locked PDF proof of your e-brochure for approval. This proof will not include the interactive links although all link buttons will be included in the layout.

If you require changes to the proof version, the required amendments will be made and a further proof submitted for approval. Please note that any changes requested at this stage will probably incur amendment charges (at a cost of £70 per hour) unless they are a clear failure on our part to follow your submission instructions.

Stage 5 – Final payment and delivery of your e-brochure

Once you have checked and approved the proof, you will be asked to provide the balance payment (including any amendment charges) and once this is received, the interactive links will be added and your finalised e-brochure will be e-mailed to you.

NB If you take advantage of our Fast-track service, with its 5 day turnaround you will be required to pay the full order amount when submitting your order, text and images. If any amendment charges have been incurred, you will also be required to pay these before your completed e-brochure can be sent to you.
