Fast track service and payment terms
If you need your e-brochure completed urgently, we provide
a fast track turn around within 5 days of the receipt of your
text, images and payment. This service carries an extra £300
charge and requires full payment with order.
Our standard turnaround service is approx 3-4 weeks and requires
50% payment with order. The balance is payable once the proof
has been approved. Delivery will be made once final payment
has been received.
NB. All the above costs include normal office and administration
costs including UK telephone & fax and all email communications,
and are subject to final alteration upon the client’s
submission of their proposed text and digital images for their
e-brochure. Any amends and changes by the client after submission
of copy and images, will be charged at an hourly rate of £70
per hour.
All costs exclude VAT (chargeable where applicable), international
communication costs (e.g. international telephone & fax),
digital file transfer costs (for files in excess of 3Mb).
They also assume payment will be received within our normal
monthly trading terms. E & OE.
