Optional extras

The prices quoted for all the design templates include the standard pagination and features as defined under ‘Standard Features’. The following options enable you to choose extra features that you may wish to incorporate into your design.

Extra Pages, Images and Links

Option 1 – Extra pages £90 per page

Extra General Content pages to accommodate additional text and images

Option 2 – Extra links/navigation £10 per link

These can include additional hot links such as:

  • clicking on an image to see an enlargement to full screen size (see design E for examples)
  • links to additional web sites ( in addition to the web link on the ‘Contact Us’ page which is included in the standard features)
  • extra navigation links e.g. within text
  • drill down or more links to additional detail pages (see design E for examples)

Option 3 – Extra images £25 per digital image

Inclusion of additional photographs (supplied by the client company) if over and above the number specified in the Standard Features

Photography and Digital Images

Option 4 – Selection and rental of library images £ POA

If you do not have any appropriate digital/photographic images to include in your e-brochure, we can help you to search the internet image libraries to find appropriate images to use. Alternatively we may be able to recommend images from our own small library of generic business images.

Option 5 – Scanning of images from £24 per scan (subject to sight of original)

If you have hard copies of images that you would like to include in your e-brochure these can be scanned to create digital image files to the required specification.

Option 6 – Commissioned photography £ POA

If you have products or other subject matter that you would like to have professionally photographed for your e-brochure (e.g. people, products or offices etc.) we can organise this for you.

Copywriting

Option 7 – Polishing of copy provided £ 35 per page (subject to sight of text provided)

If you would like to have the benefit of a professional copywriter to refine and polish text you have provided, our team of writers have vast experience across a wide range of market and industry sectors.

Option 8 – Writing new copy from £350 (POA)

If you require assistance with creating new copy from scratch, we are happy to discuss your requirements and provide an estimate. NB Our services also include marketing and communications strategy, and we are experienced in helping companies to clarify, articulate and craft their brand and sales messages.

Design

Option 9 – Logo creation from £ 150 (POA)

If you are a new business without an established logo, or have a logo that needs updating, we can create your new logo quickly and cost effectively. Costs will vary depending upon the complexity of the logo needed. We are also able to create a corporate style (including colour scheme, graphic styling, fonts, stationery design etc.) which can help to ensure consistency across all your materials including your e-brochure.

Option 10 – Special typefaces £ POA

All standard designs normally utilise typefaces from our standard library of more than 500 fonts. Our designers will select the font that they feel best suits the particular design you have selected, as well as considering your logo and type of business. If you require specific typefaces to be used we may require an extra charge if these are not available from our existing library.

Option 11 - Unique designs £ POA

Our designers can create a completely fresh, tailor-made design to meet your individual requirements – such as matching the look of existing materials or meeting corporate identity guidelines.
