Useful Hints & Tips
If you want to influence how your people think, feel and behave, make sure your communication is never prescriptive. Always put people and their individuality first - accepting that they have different motivations and personalities of their own. Remind them that to share common goals and values, people in a business need to work as a team with common ways of working and offering a consistent presentation of the brand to customers - i.e. a consistent culture. But make sure you give them all the support they could want to make the necessary changes.
